Is this a PW lantern?

I inherited this lamp from my parents, it sat in a barn in Stanwood, Michigan USA for many many years and I'm trying to restore it and get it to light up. I'm located in Santa Monica, California area and would appreciate help:: Bruce

Looks AGM-like by appearance to me(without referring to Marsh's site).
By design/constructional features, I'd say it could be pre-war or close to war years. Well, you can't always associate green color with the military.
Looks American.
Is the fount, collar and frame made of brass or steel(magnet test)? A steel one from that era normally indicates war years shortages.

 

Yes, I saw the same picture. I tried to look up John Rugotzke but can't find him.....

 

The hood has the same appearance as those used by P&W and it has the same style of combined filler cap/pump as early models like the L13 and L14. The burner has L1 stamped so that could be a clue as well. It's a nice looking lantern but you need an American lantern specialist to tell you more.

 

It says "L13" on the close up picture of the collar tag you posted.
