    Hi fellas, im fettling a bialaddin bowl fire heater.
    Ive noticed the NRV has a plastic body.

    Interesting... I’ve only fettled one and it had brass for that part.

    Hello Darryl, that is new to me and I have fettled many Vapalux/Bialaddin products including several bowl fires.

    I've never seen anything like that before. Probably a bodge job an 'in-service modification'... ;) :lol:

    @Darryl Durdin ...Have you tried drying it completely (inside and out) and having a closer look?

    Homemade lathe-turned nylon will look more, erm..well. 'homemade'? :)

    I've never thought of using nylon for bits?..Should work well enough?..Unless it's a Tillite pre-heater?=;

    Hi fellas, when i get to it ill pull it apart to see what makes it tick, but isn't it crazy how with all the time and knowledge and fettling you get to come across smething out of the blue, makes for great conversation piece.
