Received Friday August 21, 2020. I had asked the seller to take care of the glass. It was beyond my expectations !!! The first images: Considering the filthy state, I did not skimp on the means. Citric acid bath to start with, the tank is chrome or nickel plated (I can't tell the difference). The hat has reverted to basic brass, at least on the outside, the inside is still shiny. The cage also returned to brass, inside and out. Second pass with a bath in white vinegar (1L of vinegar for 5L of hot water), brass likes a lot. And finally, polishing with AUTOSOL and also MOTHERS. The pump is currently soaking in oil because the leather is dry and brittle. I hope I can save him.

I received my spirit cup, and i try to do one like a Primus one. First run, with a chinese mantle 500/600 CP. When it burn, it's look like a 300 CP !!
Hi @Sellig33. Was the 1081 not rated at 300 ? maybe try a smaller mantle for max brightness. looks like it is burning well Chris
@Fireexit1, That's right ! The Chinese mantles i use, when burned are the size of a 300 CP It's chinese made
