I saw a few of these Tilleys X246 black, so we decided while we were on a roll to re-spray our own. Well i know i like it, hope you do to.
Hum..very nice! Got that industrial/utilitarian look going on..and wasn't there a later SDR with a black guardsman fount? Just out of interest, did you use a straight gloss or more of a satin or eggshell, please lads?

@podbros Sorry about the delay i had to wait to get the correct information, about the paint from the master painter which is my son. Michael said we use primer heat Resistant then, bake for an hour at 90 degrees, then straight gloss black heat resistant, and baked for another hour. i hopes that helps you mate.
