    A question about the shades if I may ? I just picked up an Aladdin 23a kerosine mantle burner lamp. It has the same shade as your PQ above. Have I found myself in charge of a 318 shade or are these a bit more "universal" ? It has the same colour and pattern but the small blue/red flowers are the same colour as the other patterning.

    There was a Hybrid 318/324 Shade too. It has the 318 colors with the 324 pattern. See my attached pic of it and please post a pic of yours! 20210211_124926.jpg

    Coleman shades do turn up on wick lamps sometimes.

    It is not the best fit all round, but it is not going anywhere. Thanks tho !
    I will probably scour the usual places for an aladdin one when the junk shops re-open.

    Yes, my shades fit on the top collar shade holders just fine.
