Can these Akron Diamond generators be cleaned?:

I can't seem to get it unclogged and the hole is too small to even get a pin in. Or is there a a place to get new ones? This is the first lamp I am restoring.

Ok, I was pumping up my lamp and found that I had a crack in the pipe. I tried to unscrew it but it wouldn't come out. I heated with a torch and the whole apperatus unscrewed instead of the pipe. I think I can replace the cracked piece. My issue is that the nut is rattling around inside the fuel tank. Is there any way to re-attach this?
