    Early kerosene lamp, rated 1500 HK (twin burner). Mobile Lighting Equipment #66 for rescue, construction, the military and so on.
    The lamp was thought to be hung within a very tall tripod.

    @Erik Leger
    A really impressive lamp:thumbup::thumbup:
    I discovered them via the current thread.
    With a certain delay,I would like to congratulate you on the great piece.
    What kind of mantles do you use for the 1500HK lamp?

    Regards Reinhard

    Reinhard,
    ich hatte zwei gewöhnliche Aladdin Glühkörper verwendet, da die korrekten Glühkörper nicht verfügbar sind :-(
    DM ca. 25 mm
    H ca 100 mm
    Falls du welche übrig haben solltest, lass es mich wissen.

    I used two regular Aladdin mantles as there are no better ones available.
    Diam 25 mm
    height 100 mm
    let me if you happen to find some.

    Erik

    I have a Veritas mantle. It corresponds exactly to the measurements you specified. You can still find such mantles in England.
