In English: Here is my lamp Aida 1233. I bought it from my friend who lives in Germany. How do I clean it? Everything is original. Welcome, @Murat The members here will advise you soon. Hoşgeldiniz, Murat. Buradaki üyeler yakında size bilgi verecek.
Welcome to the forum. What did your friend tell you about cleaning? First time I notice a deer on the vaporizer. Mantle looks burned off so dis you light the lantern? Are you familiar with pressure lanterns ?

What @Murat meant, was.... "Good evening I'm always reviewing the beautiful site I've been following with interest I haven't seen the aida 1233/250 cp feature so far there's no picture of deer on the evaporator and if you look at my other pictures you'll find that it's very different from the others I wonder what year my lamp was made and how many evaporators have a deer logo I'd love to know" @Murat Sevgili murat, lütfen bu forumda İngilizce yaz
Your lantern was likely made in the 1950s and probably in Altena, Germany. Possibly in the same factory as for the post-WWII Graetz's Petromax lanterns. The smooth lantern frame collar is a transitional feature over different design changes during the 50s. Also, the design of the inner hood with a screw securing the J-tube mixing chamber of the burner assembly indicates that it was not made before the early 1950s. The overall design had almost completely been standardized to the Petromax specifications. The only clear differences between your Aida and the Petromax 82x series lanterns would be the jumping stag or deer? logo on various parts, the Aida brand stamping on the fount, the shape of the pricker control knob, the red-coded pump/pricker knob/nameplate as well as the nameplate stamping. I have an Aida Express 1350(350HK with rapid preheater) which have a smooth collar. The vaporizer has the stag/deer logo too.
