Optimus 252A

This is an example of the 252 lamp fitted with the wide glass globe. This then makes it the 252A. The 252 had a long model life starting in the early 30s and carrying on to the late 50s. This example is from the mid 30s.

I havn't got as far as lighting it yet. I wanted to get some pictures first in case the top darkens after being used. Hopefully this coming weekend.
