Hi fellas. I have bought my 505 back to life, it did suffer a tragic fall of about 3m , smashed my globe bent the frame , tank and generator, I’ve worked on straightening the frame as best as I could, I straighten out the generator as best as I could, I used the expanding ice insider the font 3 goes at it to get it better than it was but couldn’t get all the crease out, it’s ok, I got a reproduction globe I’m going to etch the Ditmar logo to it when I work out how. I have reassembled it test run and is all good, dunk test etc. I’m happy with my efforts to bring it back into service, I was devastated when it fell to the ground but I’m happier now
