Ask about the model of the strange lamp

I bought two new lamps, but I don't know the model and their original appearance.

One of your lamps may have been used in a Magic Lantern Projector?
Hopefully others here can help with the model.
They look unusual and well done on finding them

ps there is a similar lamp made by Focus in the reference gallery and some discussion there

I used to have a focus n ° 5 (span)

 

"TEIDE" reads Spanish to me, but I do not have any information on it.
