Okay-- got 8 brass blanks clamped down under the guide!~~~ then 1/2 hour and almost a thousand holes later!
@Randy Field when I started this I unrolled an original collar and took it to the little machine shop by me and had him drill up a template out of 1/4 inch stock using that as a guide
