Anyone know what this Tilley part is? It fell out of the pump... Where does it belong?

What pump did it fall out of? (Photo would be useful).

    I can’t place that part…

It fell out of the pump shaft of the Tilley. I know a similar part is used in a Petromax-pump. Is this a lost Petromax part in a old Tilley lamp or is it a genuine part of a Tilley x246 Guardsman?

There are pictures of the pump there

I don’t think it is part of a Tilley pump.. looks more like the end of an old pop rivet :-)
