id help needed

Dears,
Anybody knows what is it? Looks like parts of these wierd gravity lamps or something. I can buy it pretty cheap, but I do not know what for
Maybe someone will find it interesting and can advise me...

@Piotrek I think these are random lamp parts, from gas lightning and kerosene wick hanging lamp!
