This is a Kiran 350, made in Pakistan but this one has a knob stamped Philips (India) and the rest may not be original.
I don't know how old it is but Pakistan had a very normal trade relation with India prior to 1965 border war. Since it doesn't say who the manufacturer is, Kiran being the name of lantern (Kiran = sun ray or beam of sun). So I guess if the part wasn't lost or damaged and replaced by an Indian one, the manufacturer may have it procured it from India. Nevertheless a unique product.
