I traded this lantern for some work about 10 Years ago. The then owner whom had moved to the city said that it had been used on their farm and it has"FARM" scratched on the top of the hood. The generator loop, j-tube, preheat cup and the bottom rim of the tank show many years of service and some repairs and it last worked around the same time I received it. I am running short on mantles at the moment so no lightup.
This Petromax is structurally original,but it has damage that needs to be inspected.The pressure vessel and the J-tube have been patches, and the Preston loop likely has holes.
