Got this great condition KeroPet. A real survivor in top condition all-round. Got ifbfor half the asking price too. Barely used I assume, the spirit cup hasn’t even tarnished. Quick fettle of the filler cap seal, freeing up the valve and pricker and test burn on the bare burner seems spot on. Freed up the NRV but will need a clean and pip. I’ll follow the removal advice of @Darryl Durdin , however forgot ask do they have a lead washer? Do they go back in ok without any tricks? Thanks all.

@Jason Storey ,I think yes, they do have a lead washer, try to make your own, if not sometimes it’s surface to surface tight, you can flatten them out to suit. May even have a fine brass or copper washer.
Very cool lantern they come up a treat, just wash it with soapy water, dry it off with a t towel.

Thanks @Darryl Durdin, was a thin copper washer in the end. I am now the proud owner of a Handi NRV removal tool. Helps to have a willing mate with a lathe and milling machine!
