    Hello everyone.

Here I made a new nozzle and a new needle bar for the Phoebus 615. Nozzle and needle were no longer available. Unfortunately, I didn't have hexagonal brass there, so my nozzle is round. But it can be put on well with a leather cuffette.

    Hello!

May i ask, how did you make it?
I also have a 615, unfortunately without a jet, and needle.

    Nice lantern!

    Hall Kristof Szabo.
I used a 6mm round rod brass. Since I was missing the entire needle rod, I made it from 2mm brass. I pre-drilled the nozzle inside 2mm except for the last 0.3mm, which I then drilled 0.1mm and ground down to 0.13mm. A nozzle cleaning nade! I inserted a needle from a 0.12 mm acupuncture needle into the needle bar and pressed it.
    Greetings Michael

    That’s amazing.

How did you drill a 0.1mm hole?
I once gave up on it because the drill bit kept snapping immediately.
