Hi all, Few days ago I received EFAR 608 made in INDIA, I suppose that working on kerosene but I see that there are various types of fuel that it can be used. How can I be sure for which fuel is intended? Thanks in advance!
Hello As far as I know Efar is a brand of F. Racek who exported all kind of lanterns to India. I got a Efar stormlamp from Chalwyn, model Tempest. I know there are Efar oli lamps too. I'm sure you will get more info from others on this forum. Henk
The correct brand name is EFAR 608. The 608 is not a model number but part of the registered brand name in India. The other brand is EFAR 609 which is the German registered name. They are all kerosene lanterns. ::Neil::
