recent find

    just found this 1926 Coleman CQ 329 just like the one i posted the other day that was my Great Grandmothers'
    i got it for $14

    now i gotta work on it and see if i can get it to run. then ill need a shade


    it had pressure in it when i cracked open the cap!

    the cap is plugged to the point that you cant pump it up. got the CV soaking in carb cleaner as we speak. should clear it up [-o<

    You will soon have it running.
    There's almost no other lamp that's so trouble free and easy to get in a working state as these.

    Since it's without a shade, I don't think you can call it a CQ329. It's just simply a CQ.

    thats true. i was just calling it that because thats the shade ill be using on it. like my other one. ill eventually have to find another one so i can run both of em at the same time in the proper way :)

    oldlanternman, I don't know about here, but another place I've seen that user name it would be appropriate for me to tell you "you suck" as a way of showing how jealous I am. LOL
