Hello Piotr, very nice find and the condition is much more better for this kind of lamp. Is the hood and the enemal cap the find condition? If it is in this way, that seems that the lantern lit only several times.
Top hood, control knob and rapid knob are original. Only pump grip and rapid tube were exchanged. Glass in new. This 830 like others in our gallery also has alcohol preheating basin so it had to be a standard equipment for this model. Piotr
It looks great Wim! Was it renewed? Lamp looks to be chrome plated and most petromaxes where nickel plated, The red hood also looks weird (an Optimus one?) Are there any date scratches on the bottom?
