    Hi Listertruck

Nice find  How widespread is the Valorname and was it mostly used for parafineoil?
I like the brasstap and all

Hi Claus, regarding Valor they've been around in UK for a number of years based in Birmingham, originally for paraffin heaters now manufacturers of gas fires.

Hi Al, not only heaters! They also made stoves. I have a N°55 (which is the "regular" N°5 size silent burner) and a Pack-away camping stove (a bit smaller, with roarer burner, all neatly 'packed away' in a tin).

    Best regards,

    Wim

Yes, I have a Valor No.64C wick stove and a Valor Packaway pressure stove...

I remember for may years my parents used a Valor paraffin heater to take the chill off the kitchen in the morning before the fires were lit.

    Hi Al
I want one like the one you found for my Tilleys, Vapalux and Bialaddins
I think focus on CPL often is too much on just the lamps and when I see accesories like your tank then I clap my hands.
You can see the danish version from grocery-stores here http://0flo.com/index.php?posts/25160
