Hi folks, Does anyone have experience of the fukishima sellers 300-400 CP mantles advertised on the bay of fleas? Items such as 370971273640 I'm looking for a quantity of decent quality double-tie mantles to fit mainly tilley 300cp variants. Alec.
Alec, I've used them....ok for the price ,the ties are very weak so dont pull too hard, a more open weave so not the brightest,,,,,,overall ,mainly due to the price,I'll order some more..
I've used them, mainly on Tilleys. They are a good all purpose globe mantle, but the ties are weak - have a replacement tie ready when putting them on.
Considering where this fellow is located they should glow in the dark "without" being lit! Anyway, I saw them too and thought they were not bad since it can get right costly when the Tilley mantles go haywire and break.
