Hi all, This is my example and second Primus 1001 lantern from the late period “AD”, meaning 1939, and also at the end of the Primus 1001 lantern production. This is the last Primus 1001 model version with a typical Primus one-piece enamel vent green top. This lantern has an original? Really fine lantern, Conny. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing to look at, but the mechanics are also quite interesting; the burner and especially the pre-heater. Also, your photography is both very nice to look at (love the blue flame pictures) and also very informative; breaking down all the parts in great detail.
