Do we get the lamp given to us if we guess what it is without the picture?

Yes, keep your eyes on the waters. We don't want to hear of any members being shipwrecked just because they were trying to identify a lantern...

    I wager it's a Primus 1020.
There's of course also a small chance that it's the alcohol version 1320, but 1020 is absolutely most likely.

*Edit. We crossed James, but two statements of the same in short time just add to the certainty.

    Not 991. Too large globe.
    Either 1020 or 1320.

    No.
Again... Most likely a Primus 1020, or possibly 1320, but I doubt it.
I actually think it's the very first version of 1020. It seems to have that little disc at the bottom of the globe cage which only the very first few years of this model had (1931-33?).
That kind of disc that has a cut out for the preheating cup, which in its turn also differ from the later versions.

I think Christer is spot on with his identification. The extra plate is fairly obvious which makes it the first version of the 1020.
