Twin mantle with torch lighting generator and integral tip cleaner. Two quart turban fount. Spring clip retained ventilator. Reproduction Fred Kuntz mica. Please correct me if I have the model incorrect as no reference pics in the PLC. Not a new find, purchased from another collector. This one is now in my father inlaw's collection. Burns beautifully. Huge burner caps.

This is Gloria N with the turban tank. Gloria R has a straight sided tank. As a Knight Light lantern it is model 310 not 306 which is a table lamp with this same tank and burner unit. Generally I assume any Knight Light is marked and any unmarked examples are Gloria. ::Neil::

I didn't go with N because in the PLC it N is listed as a single mantle with tip cleaner on top whereas this example is two mantle with tip cleaner at bottom.

Hmmmm? B-----r now I will have to go searching. Could be you have found a new one. No time now I will get back on this model number.

It can be a pain publishing info because there is always some eagle eyed punter going to point out mistakes or ommisions. Still it means we are constantly approaching the truth. ::Neil::

I'm just working off the info I have available. Which happens to be yours. I will be interested to see what you find.

OK I have had a look at the PLC and catalogue evidence and I don't have this one listed. Gloria N is the same as Knight 310 (Not 311 that was a typo) however that has a single mantle and a pricker at the top of the generator. This is a new one to me with twin mantles and a lower pricker. So it gets the next model designation which is AJ. And so we learn and progress. Not often these days i have to add a model but you have found one so great stuff and thanks for the images and info. ::Neil::

Thanks for that. I will have some more images from Terry soon. For some reason he did not show me this one when he found it. If I do need more then I will get back to you. ::Neil::
