I have 2 optimus 350's I have been trying to get going over a 10 year span, I am not very technical minded and have played around a fair bit with them and substituted chinese parts here and there and still nothing. Does anyone know where I could obtain a cheaper complete swedish vapouriser please? perhaps second hand as new costs more than the entire lamp
Whatever is wrong with these lamps I doubt it is the vapourisers. They might need new jets and prickers which can be had pretty cheap. What happens when you try to light them?
One stays on for a few seconds the other one nothing. I am ordering the pickers and valves from fogas
Ok so one lights briefly and then goes out. Is it losing pressure? If you open the air release screw after it goes out is there a release of air indicating the tank still has pressure? The other one doesn't light at all. Is there pressure building up in the tank? Again is there a release of air when you pump it up and then open the air release screw?
