1930's Petromax 900. Steel cage

    This Px 900 has the globe cage made out of steel. It was originally painted grey, much more solid than the brass ones. Juan. 1305763422-100_1512_1__opt.jpg

    Hello Juan! It looks that this steel cage is typical for early 900's with old type "Petromax" embossment. I have a similar one dated 1932.

    Thank you Piotr. It is the first time I see it on a model 900. I like it much more thant the brass one, because it is much less fragile and, even if the lantern itself is almost a scrap, the globe cage is still in very good condition.
