Someone must have lots of time on their hands to make that up, they done a good job and put a lot of effort in but not one for me sure the winner is happy tho

Looks like a good way to get one up and running without spending money on factory parts, but how much is 219 quid in US dollars? Cough, cough, too much money for me, cough, cough.
Would I be out of line if I said, "Bugger!!"??
