    Made in Canada “9 35”. There is no stamping on collar; the vent looks 249; I’m not sure the pump is Coleman; the control knob looks like it’s from a radio.

    Apart from the control knob and pump it looks very much like a 242.

    Another interesting one. Perhaps early 247 or 242K transition? The fuel knob does not look like Coleman to me - but when it comes to Coleman nothing surprises me now!

    Just noticed that the frame is stamped 3000 - just like the 2242 in the library. Very interesting considering the pump is the same.

    @peterthevet

    Thanks. I forgot to mention that the burner looked the same as Jean’s 2242.

    @Lamp_Doctor

    Thanks, Bob.

    Cheers

    @JEFF JOHNSON

    It’s not mine. It belongs to another Tasmanian.

    Cheers

    242A I’d say It has a split collar on both valve and pricker sides which was found on 242Ks
    Check the pickup to see if it has an A/F tube If it does then it’s an A with a K collar ( I’ve seen these on As before)
    If it has a straight pickup then it’s a different story
    Definitely valve wheel has been replaced
    Early pump not swapped out which is a good thing
