I believe this one dates to 1927, but I could be wrong. It has since been sold on, so the pictures are the only way to tell.
Could be but I think these with that long pump tube were mostly 1925 and 1926. I think I remember that 1927 is when the horizontal pump was introduced so there may have been some of these in early 1927 as well.
