It looks to be one of the 242 variants. The generator looks to narrow to be a kerosene 249 If it's Canadian it should be stamped on the side of the fount. 242 & 246 letter variants, 2243

Yes, the collar is missing. The wing nut on top isn't original, and neither is the Tee handle on the cleaning needle arm. It's hard to tell from that one picture and I'm no expert on Colemans. It could be the larger 237, 237A, 237B
