1966 Tilley X264A

    Hi All

    Here is my Tilley X264A

    This one dates at September 1966

    Slight difference to the tank, this one has only Tilley Made in the United Kingdom and my other one is older so it has Tilley X264A Made in the United Kingdom

    Hi Adam nice one your 246A sure is running well and in very good condition indeed, from the pic the plaiting on the wire guard/frame looks to be in mint condition as i can see not pitting or rust, i agree it with you it is a later model by the lettering on the tank and the control cock and pump

    With a bit of research the last of the X264A's were made in 1964 and this is a 1966.

    To me the cage seems to be resprayed but i may be wrong?
