480 holes??? oh please

Quiet evening at camp Wounded Dog Workshop- so I thought I would do something really exciting! ~~~ like drill 480 holes for a run of generic collars for all the early Coleman lanterns~~ well maybe not that exciting

 

Perhaps you need an apprentice to do all the boring bits for you Bruce?

 

I sympathise. I’d this to do to reproduce the characteristic priming cup windshield for a Primus 107 kerosene stove.

 

Perhaps this colud be a tool to try? They do both stainless and brass

These are certainly beautiful handcrafted windshields.
I use less sophisticated solution based on small tin cans. Top an bottom removed. 3 legs added, made from paper clip, soldered to the rim.
