Taken vaporiser off that’s clear,but nothing coming out of tank when it’s pumped up so blockage is in the pick up valve,does it need removing because it is in well tight and don’t want to dent the tank, any suggestions. Lee
@Greenboy23 In the top of the tank, under the valve manifold, there is a fine metal mesh screen. Maybe this is blocked and needs cleaning. The following picture shows the screen in its position. You will need to screw off the valve manifold to get to it. To remove the screen for cleaning, use a pin or a darning needle to worry it out, it’s an interference fit. The Aladdin 1A valve manifolds are usually installed quite tightly. To remove it, I upended the fount, put the valve body in the vice and then gripping the fount in both hands, unscrewed it. This method gives a better mechanical advantage. Cheers Pete
