If you clear coat it before you seal it, there's a risk that the coating will be dissolved around the crack. The sealant is thinned with acetone, and that is bound to come out through the stress crack. I don't really know how the Kreem reacts to high temperature, but 94 degrees Celsius isn't so much. I don't think it should cause any problem if you just let the sealer cure well enough before.
