Bruce Kuda or Seacrest or anybody else I might need your help soon

I found a Turner Brass works lamp. The one on Terry Marsh site. I will need help figuring out how this thing works and how to clean it properly, best way to pressure test etc...I'm looking to do a restore. Photos I have indicate smoke bell and shade missing. Otherwise appears intact. Nickel may not be in great shape. Will know when it arrives. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
