Coleman mantle 21A, manufactured date?

    Hi there,
    I have some coleman mantles 21A. I saw a lot of kind packing label of this mantle. but, don't know manufactured date (or history of coleman mantle)

    Pls help me clear information
    - I have coleman mantle with black packaging as pictures.
    - What is manufacturing date?
    - Compare with another NOS silk lite mantle, what is different?
