You’ll need a chimney, and for a dual wick burner it’ll have to be a tall one, by which time your lamp will be very topple-prone.
First check your fire insurance. Second any burner will transport heat into the recevoir as it will heat up and radiant heat as well. This may cause the fuel in the jar to evaporate to a state it will ignite under the burner or any place the fumes get out. Some burners have a small hole in them to guide these fumes and acces pressure into the burner > no smell and less risk. I do know why you want to do it, I did it to, but think about the risks.
