No matter what I do trying to upload an image, from file on a USB stick, from 6.34Mb down to 684kb I keep getting this message. If however I do a screen dump in Word and save the image to file and upload it works. Anyone have any suggestions?
You are probably still in too many pixels, as we discussed here. Can you post a screenshot of the file properties as it says when you check the file in its folder on that stick?
