Delete if inappropriate. Is anyone else having issues with orders from hurricanelamps.co.uk ? I've tried to phone several times, emailed at least 3 times but no answer, I thought someone on here might know the reason? I have had nothing but positive experiences with them in the past. Martin
I ordered a petromax globe on 2nd April and nothing turned up , I managed to get through on the phone a few weeks ago and Carl told me he was having trouble with the local post office taking parcels and he said he would send it with Hermes. Still nothing turned up, now you can't get through on the phone. It seems there is a problem so buyers beware. Regards ian
It all depends on if you have paid. If so, send them a polite but strong signal. They get a change to deliver, let say, in a week or pay back the money. If not you assume fraud and inform the authorities.
