    Hello,

here is my latest project. A French Lantern "Intens".
Is there information about this lamp?
There are components that recall Hirschhorn AIDA 214th

Wow what a lamp Andreas. Congratulations :D/
First thing I thought was Lilor 5080 but handles and hood plus the way the lot is placed was wrong.
    This might help you further:

Intens lamp from Réchaud à gaz de pétrole Etna et lampe Tanit. (Société Intens).

Lucky you  thanks for sharing.

    Nice catch Andreas , congrats!
You can find this lantern in a 1928 Intens catalogue!

    Very fine lamp indeed!
But, when read in English, the name "Intens Colon" does sound a bit odd...

    Nice catch
I think colon is for "colonie" in french
French colonies in 1928 were indochine, new caledonia, la réunion, and so one

Yes, and quite a few on the African continent too. All unfortunately too far away from Cape Town for me to have much hope of finding such a lamp here :(

...Well,you never know what's round the corner ;)

It'll make a nice change to put 'Intens' in the

search bar and see what comes up!!!.. :)
