    I've been after one of these painted 228B's for a long while. They just don't pop up very often. Basically identical to the nickel B's that came before it minus all the nickel plating.

    Nice lantern.

    I have a soft spot for the 228s. I’m running a 228H regularly now as the short days and cold weather moves in.
