Well, not really... "BIN-auctions" like this one, has been considered OK to post, so no actual problems there. An auction with a fixed BIN (Buy It Now) price is more like an item from any store, so by posting it at a forum like this doesn't mean that you spoil the chance for another member to get a good deal by waiting out a 'real' auction (if you actually could call a regular eBay sale that). But if you had posted an auction that goes to the highest bidder at a fixed time, it would have been removed.
