    Hi.

I just won this Petromax 826 lantern on ebay last night.

I have a couple of questions regarding it.

    1. Does anyone have a photo of what the original valve wheel would look like? It's missing on this lantern and I'd like to replace it with one as close to original looking as possible. If anyone has an time period correct valve assembly to send me I'd happily buy it.

    2. What is the approximate age?

    3. Would this be a 350 CP or 500 CP model?

Nice! It would be a 350. Parts are readily available for this lamp even though it is pre ww2. Try http://hytta.de
    Or

Contact the above and they will help

    Thanks guys.

Jeff, I should have been hanging out here a long time ago. You know me from the CCF but on this site I'll get to see alot of the Tilleys, Bialladins, and other Euro lanterns that I love.

I recognised your name and there are a wide variety of lamps etc., in the lamp gallery, perhaps you will add some of yours!
