This stove http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/tilley-lamp-stove-rare-/330688887258?pt=UK_SportsLeisure_Camping_LightsLanternsTorches&hash=item4cfe97f9da was relisted on ebay but has finished so i thought i would let you guys know about it the seller was not to far from where i live and he won the first auction himself he then tryed to sell the stove to me i looked at it and it was not in great shape the pricker thingy was broke and the wheel was sheered off and it had quite a few dents also one of the legs was soldered back on none of which was mentioned in the discription??? i did tell him to tell people if he put it back on ebay but i see he did not so whoever bought has a surprise comming...sorry!!! kenny
Kenny. Well he got one thing right. It is a rare one for sure. There is one in Norfolk that I have seen but that is the only other one I know of. It is one of those things I would like but it ain't worth anywhere near that to me. The Norfolk one cost £5 at a boot sale about 15 years ago and that is about my price. It is after all only a Stove and I don't really do stoves. ::Neil::
Well he did tell me he paid £20 for it at a car boot near me as well he didn't know what it was but when he put it on eBay he sure found out.. Yes a rare stove for sure Kenny
