My nice Solar NRV is misbehaving. I've tried to fix it without success. It's the Non Return Valve which is not holding pressure. There's a couple of parts that I'm not sure are correct. On the parts drawing, B11 and B12. I need to know how these parts function together. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it, Ta.
The NRV., needs a washer fitted to it before it's screwed back into the pump tube and inside the NRV., there is a spring and a pip/seal which can be made of rubber or cork and that will need to be renewed, sometimes the spring needs to be stretched a bit before it will function properly, but if it's stretched to much then it will be very difficult to pump pressure into the tank, so it may take a few tries to get it all functioning properly.
