This is an AL11 that I saved from electrification. It is in pretty good condition rust wise. I plugged up the holes in the tank and resoldered a leaky seam. I don't have the right burner for it so I borrowed a burner from an FL6. The mantle is not very bright as my FL6 burner is pretty much worn out. The reflector has had a hole drilled in it and the plating polished off back to the copper. Not a problem with a lightbulb but an issue with a mantle as the heat causes it to dull rapidly so unless I can find another I might repair the hole and have it replated.

Great job saving an electrocuted Tilley. I've seen some Tilley reflectors for sail on EBay, but not sure of the size. Cheers Tony
A rare thing. These were only made for a few years before 1937 and not many have survived. Nice to see another one rescued. ::Neil::
