G'day! I am currently restoring a TL10. The fount and post have been painted from new bright gold( I note from research that this was an option). Has any one experienced the process of stripping the old paint and respraying with a similar gold paint. Or is there a process of tidying up the old paint and leaving it as it is. Or just leave it as an original and use it. So many options ? Help what would you do ? 1338356667-photo.jpg

Depends on whether you are going to keep it as a user, or for a "shelf queen". The paintwork does not look too bad from your photo, so if it to be a user I would leave it as it is. If it is to be a display lamp, then strip and respray. Steve.
