Does anyone knows this Vapalux globe for which model ?? This is slightly tapered on top and does not contact the bottom frame on M320 lantern. The glass is really thicker than normal. Thank you.
I reckon it's for the elusive Vapalux donut lamp and is a very rare piece of glass ! Have a look here and read the description of the glass. 1960's Vapalux H1 Special S Henry.

There must be a donut in Japan somewhere then, perhaps an idea for your next holiday David? I keep looking, perhaps one day when there are no vase lamps for me to buy.
I’m sure if there was a stash of donuts in the basement at Willis and Bates someone’s already found them. Perhaps a quick look around the local charity shops would turn one up.
Just looked on Ebay at sold listings under Vapalux/ Bialaddin Glass and a bloke had 9 of these....all sold at £25 each
Moka JPN could reasonably claim to be among the elite, in owning a Vapalux donut lamp - albeit an incomplete example. If he wishes to acquire some of the missing parts, I can let him have the filler cap and parts of the pump etc at a very reasonable cost
